- Managing the boutique team, assigning, motivating & coaching shop sales as team to achieve the sales to meet the sales targets - Representing the brand both inside and outside the boutique. Ensure the quality of customer service; maintaining the boutique standards. Being the “Ambassador for the brand” within the neighbouring environment and external relations; Developing and managing the customer file and local prospecting - Managing the boutique stock to effectively support the sales and technical service; Maintaining the retail management system in the boutique to guarantee the clear, completed, correct records of the business data; Adhering to the cash management procedures in the boutique and based on the legal, fiscal and customs regulations

- At least 7 years in “Luxury sector”; retail experience with management responsibilities. - Good interpersonal communication and customer service skills; Good personnel management and well organized and logical thinking; High quality presentation/representative of the luxury sector image - Team player, self-motivated and patient with good coordination skill - College degree or above with equivalent experience - Fluent in spoken and written Dutch and English; Good skills in using Microsoft office; Luxury watch and jewellery knowledge
