Lenzerheide-Valbella Perfect timing for high-speed thrills

On July 2nd and 3rd 2005, the picturesque Lenzerheide-Valbella region was the scene of a top sports event with the Ferrari Days, organised by prestigious car dealer Loris Kessel Auto and sponsored by partners including Omega which also had its very own boutique in the Ferrari Village, run by the Lugano Tourbillon Boutique sales team.

The competitions were graced by the presence of former Formula 1 champions such as Clay Regazzoni, Jo Vonlanthen and Loris Kessel, as well as 500 special guests, and drew crowds of around 15,000 people who came to admire an array of high-performance, classic and vintage speed machines in action.

Racing on a specially prepared 2.4 km urban circuit, the latter included 100 Ferraris owned by private clients, 12 privately owned vintage Ferrari and Maserati cars (1939-1970) for the classic car competition, 10 Ferrari Challenger cars from the Loris Kessel team, and 5 Formula 1 cars belonging to private clients and benefiting from the assistance of the dedicated Formula 1 Marenello racing team.

The weekend concluded with a special gala evening and the prize-giving ceremony featuring the presentation of a superb Omega Speedmaster Schumacher watch.
